We are looking for a Deliverables Coordinator to join our team in Leer, Germany or Aberdeen, UK on a full-time, staff basis.

The Deliverables Coordinator assists the Deliverables Lead to manage all project interfaces in regard to the CID Deliverables package to the Project team to achieve all Employers Requirements.

 

What you will be doing

  • Assist Deliverables Lead(DL) to setup standardized documentation templates for pull in and T&T scope with documentation software according to standard task plans with support from Engineering
  • Assist DL to support projects with setting up their final project documentation checklists from standard documentation templates available and setting up user access and document approval flow structure within S7 documentation software for all projects.
  • Assist DL to assess cycle times and performance of T&T service teams from Tower DPRs received from all projects on a weekly basis
  • Assist DL in provision/collection of harmonized works documentation and preparation for site activities for/from all projects and maintaining overall overviews for performance of works and hardware.
  • Assist DL to prepare provision of regular reports on performance and cycle time KPIs to Pull in and T&T Manager and Business units

  • Good Administration skills and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 required
  • Knowledge with Power BI is beneficial but not essential
  • Relevant work experience in a similar position in the offshore wind industry with focus on document control and quality requirements is beneficial
  • Ability to maintain focus on the high-level overview and priorities
  • Service orientated to projects with focus on resolving conflicts and providing support to projects to improve overall deliverables recording process.
  • Good communicator to all kinds of stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to align with other S7 office locations
