We are looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in either Aberdeen, UK or Leer, Germany on a full time, staff basis.

The Service Operations Coordinator (CID) is responsible for the implementation of all CID framework agreements (FA) and internal HV supervisors for planned T&T and Pull In activities that are conducted and planned within the CID scope.

Furthermore, the role is actively supporting the Service Operations Lead to manage day to day activities in relation to works under the CID Framework Agreements for Pull In and Test & Termination Resources.

 

What you will be doing

  • Coordination of day-to-day activities in relation to all existing CID framework agreements for planned T&T and Pull in activities
  • Prepare Purchase Requests in SAP system for supplier services
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheet(s) for SAP cost reports on supplier spend and invoice status
  • Updating of overall overviews of CID personnel and equipment resources on basis of a tracking sheet
  • Plan equipment requirements for Pull-in and T&T scopes as per project updates; and direct preparations with warehouse, logistics and subcontractors
  • Alignment of personnel travel arrangements with Crewing department as per personnel tracking sheet on a weekly basis
  • Preparation of call of orders for CID framework agreements for CID subcontractors according to personnel demand from projects
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheet(s) for Frame Agreement supplier call-off orders and PO’s placed with other suppliers
  • Reserving and planning of inhouse HV management personnel (HV supervisors) allocation for projects as per requirements
  • Prepare resource forecasts
  • Support with the arrangement of training or trade-test events as required for CID personnel and subcontractors to ensure project preparedness in alignment with Project Management teams

  • You will have experience with management of subcontractors and coordination of resources and equipment in a multi project environment
  • You will ideally have previous work experience in a coordinating position in the offshore wind industry
  • You will connect empathetically and collaborate effectively with your team and individuals of all levels across the business
  • You will be a good communicator and negotiator, comfortable conversing in English in both written and spoken word. Being proficient in other languages is an advantage
  • You will be an advanced user in Microsoft Office
