We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team either at our site in Eemshaven, The Netherlands or our main office in Zoetermeer.
What You'll Do:
- Report to the Logistics and Warehousing Lead, overseeing all warehouse operations.
- Control the receiving, storage, and efficient distribution of goods for projects.
- Ensure thorough documentation throughout the supply chain process and coordinate with various stakeholders including projects, suppliers, agents, and transport companies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and equipment storage while maintaining digital records and upholding compliance with HSE guidelines.
- Supervise the waste stream according to company guidelines and collaborate with the technical superintendent for equipment maintenance.
- Support on recruitment
- Take the lead in employee coaching, and task assignment.
What You Bring to the Team:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Offshore, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the marine/offshore sector.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations for the offshore industry
- Good knowledge of MS-Office is benefical.
- Experience in engineering and design using CAD software.
- Capable of effective communication, organized in workflow management, and attentive to finer points.
- Good knowledge of the English language is a valualbe asset
- Agile, forward-thinking, and pragmatic approach
