SCM is instrumental to win work and execute projects by delivering compliant products and services within approved budgets, schedule and agreed terms, underpinned by Subsea 7’s values and specific project objectives.
The Global Projects Center entity is Subsea 7's center of excellence for the execution of its complex, large-scale contracts in deep water around the world.
Your mission
Within the GPC Supply chain department, you will work with the Processes & Systems & Continuous improvement team dealing with our main improvement initiatives:
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the SCM systems and tools and provide first level support to end-users
- Develop knowledge on SAP Ariba and work actively on all actions set to increase its use
- Support suppliers registration and qualification in SAP Ariba and ensure consistency.
- Understand SCM processes and Identify opportunities for improvements
- Track/follow change requests and measure observed improvements
- Issue periodical reports on the use of the SCM systems and tools.
- Take an active role with the testing of new SCM Systems or new functionalities of existing systems, implemented either across the Group or within the Region.
Your profile
- Student degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Business)
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Curious, proactive, rigorous with an analytical mind
- Awareness of MS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
- Demonstrate good communication skills / verbal and written communication skills in English
Localisation
The apprenticeship is based in Suresnes (92), with possibilities of partial teleworking.
