We are growing the Structural Engineering team in GPC Lisbon hub and therefore we are looking for a Junior Engineer to work on studies, tenders, and projects in a variety of projects for the offshore energy business.
Under supervision a Graduate Engineer assists more senior engineers to produce detailed engineering relevant to structural design discipline. The work scope may include performing structural analysis of steel structures and following up steel fabrication drawings to support studies and tenders as well as live projects.
We are looking for:
- Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering (Mechanical and Ocean Engineering are also welcome to apply).
- No more than 2 years of working experience as an Engineer.
- Practical knowledge and contact with steel structure engineering activities (will be valued).
- Interest in embracing a career in the Energy business.
- Creative and smart approach to challenges.
- Flexibility and Openness to change.
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) with impact.
- A phenomenal teammate, that is also able to work independently.
