We are looking for Aramco approved Coating Inspectors for our offshore project in the Middle East.

Duration of assignment could be for around 4-5 months and with possibility to be extended according to operational needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans
  • Responsible to carry out the welding inspection activities as per Approved ITP & recommended Saudi Aramco & International Standard.
  • Raising RFI and attending inspection activities along with Client.
  • Verifies production of quality records and compilation in a format suitable for handover to Company, including as-built.
  • Supports the rest of the team and proposes alternative courses of action, wherever possible, to facilitate efficient progress
  • Ensure all Coating activities to ensure are done as per the project-approved procedures and meet customer requirements.
  • Familiar with Aramco SAES-H series/International coating standards.
  • Reports all deviations from the specified standards/ procedures to QC Supervisor/ QC Manager

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5 years of relevant working experience as Coating Inspector,preferably experienced in Internal & external coating Or external coatings.
  • Must have relevant offshore pipelay experience
  • Inspector shall be additionally qualified to NACE Level II Critical Coatings Certification, CSWIP Level II, or equivalent.
  • Holding a valid Aramco Qualified/Certified Coating Inspector certification SAEP 316
  • Must hold a valid BOSIET,Seamans book and OGUK medical
