Subsea7 have a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within our UK and Global IRM HSEQ team, where you’ll help shape how we plan, coordinate and deliver key HSEQ activities across the business. Based full‑time at our Westhill, Aberdeenshire office, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, continuous improvement and fresh thinking.

What will you be doing?

 

This will be a varied role but some of the main responsibilities include:

 

  • Administer and maintain the HSEQ management system and key processes, including Local Management Team (LMT) and Quality LMT incident reviews, worksite health checks, audit and inspection programmes, emergency response programme, and engagement with UK regulators and certification bodies
  • Analyse HSEQ performance at country and regional level, supporting the development of reports and communications
  • Liaise with country HSEQ Leads to maintain and coordinate the regional HSEQ audit programme
  • Support the planning and delivery of certification body and client audits, including preparation and coordination activities
  • Coordinate data collection and documentation for the Management Review process, develop presentation materials, and manage reporting within Synergi
  • Lead the coordination and ongoing management of the regional HSEQ SharePoint site
  • Coordinate regional contributions to HSEQ initiatives and campaigns (e.g. World Day campaigns, Work Safe Home Safe), including associated reporting
  • Support tendering activities by preparing Quality and HSE-related submission materials
  • Monitor and follow up on open and overdue HSEQ cases and actions within Synergi
  • Coordinate delivery of HSEQ training across the region
  • Support the management and up keep of UKGIRM HSEQ documentation within the Business Management System
  • Provide administrative support to Project HSEQ teams as required, including travel coordination and purchasing
  • Participate in HSEQ worksite inspections and support reporting and action tracking within Synergi
  • Support the Customer Feedback process, including case management, analysis, reporting, and follow-up in Synergi
  • Assist with facility-related HSEQ activities, including DSE assessments, wellbeing initiatives, and first aid and fire arrangements

  • Relevant experience of HSEQ management systems

  • Have a demonstrated background and knowledge of international Quality and HSE standards
