What will you be doing?

Subsea7 have an exciting new opportunity for an SCM Administrator to join our busy Offshore Delivery team within our Westhill, Aberdeenshire office on a full time, staff basis.  The SCM Administrator will support the OR SCM team with defined aspects of the supply chain process. This will involve running KPI reports, creation of service entry sheets, goods receipts, commercial invoices and support to various aspects of the SCM functions.

 

  • Inputting of Requisitions into SAP, Creation of Service Entry Sheets and updating circulating periodic reports and expediting where required
  • Operate within standardised SCM policies, processes and systems and leverage the systems side to support the provision of relevant and quality metrics
  • Under supervision, deliver to the appropriate standard the defined elements of the supply chain process as delegated
  • Work within cross-functional teams as directed
  • Capitalise from lessons learned and is performed in accordance with best practice, striving to mitigate risk, promoting safety and integrity consistently
  • Maintain and produce appropriate reports and logs for all relevant internal parties, highlighting issues to ensure these are identified in advance and can be addressed

What experience would we like you to have?

  • Experience within a similar role and environment would be beneficial for this role
  • Familiar with code of Ethics and compliance with FCPA and Bribery and Corruption Acts
  • We’re keen to see candidates who are outgoing, and committed to problem solving, learning new skills, and supporting others
  • You should be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels to enable effective sharing of information across functions, enhancing project performance
  • Effective organisational and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Core skills will include the ability to work to tight deadlines and in a busy and changing environment, as well as enhanced attention to detail
  • We are looking for individuals with aspirations to grow their own knowledge and develop their skills
