Title: Senior Benefits Advisor

Subsea7 is seeking a Senior Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis. This role is based in Westhill, Aberdeen. Reporting into the Deputy HR Manager, the Senior Benefits Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of Benefit and Wellbeing to the business whilst being the focal point for all reward activities and queries.
The Senior Benefits Advisor will have 3 direct reports: HR Advisor, Communications Advisor and Employee Benefits Administrator
What will you be doing?
· Responsible for all UK Onshore Benefits and ensuring the administration involved in these benefits.
· Proactively monitoring market trends and industry best practice in relation to benefits.
· Ensure the successful delivery of the annual flexible benefits renewal and ongoing review of benefit providers and promotion of the flexible benefits scheme.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with existing benefit providers and liaising with new benefit providers.
· Overseeing the handling claims for insured benefits in collaboration with other functions.
· Responsible for ensuring the accuracy benefits information in SAP.
· Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all staff, external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the reputation of the HR Resource Centre team as a customer focused function.
What experience would we like you to have?
Qualifications / Experience
· Educated to degree level or equivalent
· CIPD Qualified or equivalent
· Confident with technology, excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and HRIS (ideally SAP)
· Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis tools
· Experience and expertise in benefits packages.
· Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage customer expectations accordingly.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of people, both verbally and in writing.
· Strong analytical, planning, modelling and project management skills.
Confident with technology, excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and HRIS (ideally SAP).
