Descrição Sumária 

Assegurar o alinhamento total entre os movimentos físicos de materiais e os registros no SAP, atuando diretamente nas operações. O papel é estratégico para eliminar lacunas de inventário, aumentar a confiabilidade dos dados e fortalecer a disciplina operacional.

 

Responsabilidades e Desafios Principais

  • Acompanhar presencialmente os fluxos de materiais (entradas, transferências, descartes, embarques etc.);
  • Garantir que todas as transações físicas sejam refletidas com precisão no SAP;
  • Identificar e corrigir divergências entre inventário físico e registros sistêmicos;
  • Investigar desvios operacionais e falhas de processo;
  • Recomendar melhorias que reforcem disciplina operacional e uso eficiente do SAP;
  • Atuar como interface entre Operações e Controle de Projetos;
  • Presença ativa nas operações logísticas;
  • Realização de auditorias pontuais e frequentes, incluindo: Amostragens diárias e semanais e seleção aleatória de movimentos de materiais para validação;
  • Aplicação de checklists padronizados para confirmar: Inventário mais preciso e confiável, redução de transações não registradas ou registradas incorretamente no SAP, maior controle, rastreabilidade e governança e padronização e fortalecimento dos processos operacionais. 

What experience would we like you to have?

 

Formação

Curso Superior completo em Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou Áreas relacionadas as ciências exatas. 

 

Conhecimentos Necessários:

  • Pacote Office (Incluindo VBA): Avançado;
  • Power Bi: Avançado;
  • Primavera: Básico; 
  • MS Project Intermediário; 
  •  Inglês Avançado;
  • Boa Comunicação, Trabalho em Equipe e Colaboração, Raciocino Lógico e ser resiliente/ Flexibilidade. 

 

Experiência:

Desejável três anos de experiencia profissional na área de perfomance de projetos.
