Descrição Sumária

Responsável por liderar e supervisionar operações críticas da base, garantindo execução segura, eficiente e em conformidade com requisitos técnicos, contratuais e de HSEQ. Atua como elo entre projeto, logística, engenharia, HSE, fornecedores e cliente.

Planeja atividades, distribui recursos, gerencia riscos e operações simultâneas (SIMOPS), podendo interromper atividades que apresentem riscos à segurança, ao meio ambiente ou aos ativos da empresa. Promove a cultura de segurança, melhoria contínua e aprendizado organizacional.

 

Principais Responsabilidades

• Planejar e supervisionar equipes, equipamentos e recursos operacionais.

• Replanejar atividades diante de mudanças de escopo ou condições operacionais.

• Garantir a aplicação de TRA, PTW, TBT e Lift Plans antes do início das operações.

• Identificar riscos, gerenciar SIMOPS e implementar ações preventivas.

• Supervisionar atividades de rigging, içamento e movimentação de cargas críticas.

• Garantir que equipamentos e acessórios estejam certificados, calibrados e aptos para operação.

• Assegurar o cumprimento de procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e registros operacionais.

• Coordenar a comunicação entre projeto, engenharia, logística, HSE, subcontratados e cliente.

• Conduzir reuniões operacionais, DDS e campanhas de segurança.

• Registrar e tratar incidentes, desvios e quase acidentes.

• Apoiar auditorias, inspeções e investigações.

• Monitorar indicadores de segurança, produtividade, qualidade e utilização de ativos.

• Promover organização, housekeeping e metodologia 5S.

• Disseminar melhores práticas e lições aprendidas entre projetos e bases operacionais.

 

Condições de Trabalho

Escritório com embarques esporádicos.

 

Formação

• Ensino Médio Completo.

• Conhecimento em Pacote Office, leitura de procedimentos e desenhos técnicos.

• Conhecimento em PTW, TRA, Lift Plans, SIMOPS e movimentação de cargas.

• Inglês avançado.

• Habilidades de liderança, tomada de decisão, organização e comunicação.

• Desejável formação técnica em Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou Eletrotécnica.

• Desejável formação superior em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência

• Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência na indústria de Óleo e Gás, em operações de convés ou bases operacionais.

• Experiência prévia em liderança de equipes.

• Vivência com empilhadeiras, guindastes, rigging e operações em locais remotos.
