Introduction
The Learning & Development (L&D) team within our Offshore Delivery business unit manage the creation and delivery of the L&D plan for our offshore workforce. They provide our offshore community with varied opportunities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills.
The team have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join them on a initial full time 12-month contract basis, located at our Old Kilpatrick, Glasgow office. Some travel may be required to attend planned events at our Aberdeen office, or other locations.

The ideal candidate You will have well-developed organisation, planning and IT skills to enable effective communication and collaboration between all parties. These include colleagues within HR, HRIS, IT, Crewing, Communications, Technical and Function experts and programme facilitators, along with external vendors and industry bodies.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will administer and co-ordinate activities around the Subsea7 development programmes, including digital learning initiatives for our global offshore crew. Specifically, virtual programme delivery, ensuring the programmes are planned and delivered effectively and efficiently.
Other focus areas will include collation and reporting of data, in support of learning and development activities.
- Coordination of programmes and scheduled events
- Liaise with trainers, content creators and technical advisors to support training delivery
- Produce reports from our LMS, including key data insights
- General department administration
What experience would we like you to have?
- Highly proficient in IT systems including Office365; Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and authoring tools.
- Learning Management System knowledge is beneficial but not essential
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to develop and sustain effective business relationships at all levels onshore and offshore, across a multicultural global workforce.

- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Motivated and focused on solving problems, capable of using initiative or collaborating within a team.
- Ability to travel to local sites and venues.
