We have an exciting staff opportunity to join our team of Planners within our Pipeline Group business located in our Old Kilpatrick office.

What will you be doing?
Gaining an exciting insight into how our Global Pipeline Projects operate and integrate with other Subsea7 business areas.
Supporting your assigned projects from beginning to end, from development of the MS Project baseline schedule through progress analysis, adjustments, and reporting.
Liaising with the Package Managers and other project team members to ensure potential issues/clash points and viable solutions are identified and resolved to achieve targets.
Duties and responsibilities include (bu are not limited to):
- Develop and maintain a MS Project baseline schedule including, progress and reporting formats.
- Implement sub-contractor schedules, establish and follow-up reporting routines.
- Develop and maintain data summary dashboards using Power BI, to include such information as progress, critical path status, deviation affect, etc.
- Maintain open communication with projects stakeholders, provided updates and reporting.
- Review the performance of baseline updates / revisions, applying scheduling and planning techniques to analyse results as required.
- Compile and analyse scenario plans based on events or potential issues / clash points to understand available options and consequences.
What experience would we like you to have?
- Role relevant Project planning experience throughout a project life cycle.
- Operational experience using Microsoft Project is required along with MS Office
- A collaborative worker who interfaces effectively across the business.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical skills, and a proven ability to work with detail and accuracy.
- Pro-active with a solutions-based approach, willing to challenge the status quo.
- Proven and effective planning and organising skills, adapts to changing priorities within a fast-paced 24/7 global business.
