Associate Quality Advisor

What will you be doing?

·  Inspection Systems & Records Management: Maintain the GoM inspections database, Notification of Inspection (NOI) register, and upload NOIs, Inspection Visit Reports, and Inspection Release Notes.

·  Inspection Coordination & Scheduling: Liaise with inspection agency coordinators, support inspection look‑ahead forecasting, and coordinate inspection and surveillance activities at subcontractor sites, ensuring NOI actions and suitable inspector assignment.

·  Stakeholder & Subcontractor Engagement: Attend meetings with subcontractors and contractors to agree on QA, QC, and verification activities aligned with scope of supply.

·  Quality Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Report monthly quality KPIs and maintain QC cost control reports to support performance tracking and cost management.

·  Project Quality Support: Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Quality Advisors, particularly for subcontractor quality management activities.

What experience would we like you to have?

·  Administrative & Operational Expertise: Highly organized and systematic administrator with experience supporting fast‑paced operational teams within an EPCI or similar project‑based environment, including invoicing and budget awareness.

·  IT, Data & Document Control Proficiency: Strong data entry and database management skills, with experience using document control systems such as SharePoint and ProArc; familiarity with Synergi is advantageous.

·  Quality & Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 principles, quality management systems, and internal audit activities within a regulated project environment.

·  Analytical, Problem‑Solving & Communication Skills: Strong analytical capability with a proactive, creative approach to problem solving; able to clearly communicate findings and recommendations through reports, meetings, and presentations to diverse stakeholders.

·  Self‑Management & Collaboration: Effective team player able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple work packages concurrently, prioritize workload, and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions aligned with client needs.
