HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our office in Houston, Texas on a Staff position

What will you be doing?

• Will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals in complex, often global or matrixed environments
• Manage complex, high-risk employee relations issues, including investigations, labor relations, and grievance resolutions
•  Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and organizational culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEOC, Davis-Bacon, SCA).

• Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years acting as a strategic HRBP.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at the executive level.
•  Proficient in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors,) and Microsoft Office Suite.
