We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hydraulic/Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team at our Offshore Delivery workshop located in Houston, TX. This is a shore-based position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge equipment in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure equipment and systems meet operational and technical standards.
  • Execute routine service tasks in accordance with established plans and schedules.
  • Identify, source, and manage spare parts to support maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs using Workshop Request software and SAP.
  • Complete required reporting and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional workshop teams to support integrated operations.
  • Participate in planned maintenance programs for hydraulic and mechanical systems.
  • Provide timely technical updates to the administration team for SAP equipment tracking.
  • Uphold and promote a safe working environment aligned with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate job progress and any issues to the Team Lead.
  • Perform additional duties as required, within your scope of expertise.

 

What experience would we like you to have?

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic theory and ability to interpret hydraulic schematics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to complete technical reporting and documentation accurately and efficiently.
