We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hydraulic/Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team at our Offshore Delivery workshop located in Houston, TX. This is a shore-based position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge equipment in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure all equipment and systems are fully operational and meet technical standards.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance in line with task plans and schedules.
  • Identify and order appropriate spare parts to ensure availability when needed.
  • Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and logs using Workshop Request software and SAP.
  • Collaborate with other workshop disciplines as required.
  • Participate in planned maintenance activities for mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
  • Provide technical updates to the administration team for SAP equipment reporting.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with company policies.
  • Keep the Team Lead informed on job progress and any issues.
  • Perform other duties as required within your scope of experience and capability.

 

What experience would we like you to have?

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in mechanical/hydraulic systems maintenance
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic theory and ability to read hydraulic schematics
  • PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a flexible approach and a positive attitude
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively (essential)
