Learning & Development Support

Subsea7 is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Learning and Development Content Creator for a 4-month contract position. This role provides administrative and content creation and design support for our eLearning programs. You will be responsible for developing global engineering eLearning’s utilizing the latest methodology for content creations for our Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors), including user support, data entry, and reporting.

• Support the engineering global and regional subject matter experts to create technical engineering eLearning training content.

• Under direction of the Engineering Learning & Development Specialist assist in rolling out eLearning initiatives and ensuring consistency across learning modules to deliver high-quality training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in SharePoint design and utilization.
• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or LMS administration.

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (required)
• Experience in eLearning content management (SCORM/xAPI, Articulate Rise/Storyline experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with training compliance frameworks.
