Title:  Survey Operations Manager

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Survey Operations Manager to join our team at our office in Houston, Texas.
 
What will you be doing?
Lead Survey Support Across Projects – Provide technical and operational input throughout the SURF/IRM project lifecycle, from tender to execution.
Drive Collaboration & Coordination – Work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers to align on personnel, equipment, and project needs.
Own Project Readiness – Develop procedures, attend briefings, and ensure smooth mobilisations, calibrations, and offshore operations.
Ensure Quality & Compliance – Manage deliverables, oversee service providers, and uphold standards to meet client expectations on time and within budget.
Champion Innovation – Identify opportunities to enhance survey processes and technologies, sharing insights and lessons learned across teams. 
What experience would we like you to have?

Experience in subsea construction and IMR operations, with demonstrable understanding of current techniques and technologies in subsea ROV based positioning, measurement and mapping.
Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage workloads independently while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in business tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to support reporting and project documentation.
Adaptable and dependable, with flexibility to meet operational demands across varying schedules and locations.
