Title: Permits and Visa Officer
Istanbul, TR
As a key member of the Global Project Centre in Istanbul, you will manage the full lifecycle of mobility documentation—collaborating with government agencies, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant processing. Take ownership of end-to-end coordination and execution of all activities related to the arrangement of visas, residence permits, work permits, and work permit exemptions.
You will be globally responsible and accountable for delivering permit solutions aligned with project requirements, backed by a strong understanding of local and international legislation. Your expertise will ensure seamless workforce mobility across borders, supporting Subsea7’s global operations.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinates with each discipline (both local and global) which needs to bring expat employees to Turkey and ensure all requirements are included in related permit processes.
- Runs and monitor issuance of the related permits in a time manner.
- Monitors for service charges of agencies with exact/current prices of visa and permit charges.
- Prepares the necessary documents for Immigrations, Ministry of Labor, Client, or relevant authority.
- Crates necessary register/follow up files, keeps the files up to date and monitors the permits.
- Understands reporting of the permit details.
- Understands preparation of official letters/petitions.
- Understands archiving of the documents.
- Organizes appointments along with agency and makes necessary arrangement for appointments at Notary, Immigrations,our any othe Authority.
- Understands project requirements and able to manage fast track project.

What experience would we like you to have?
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound awareness of compliance, ethics, confidentiality.
- Demonstrates positive attitude and flexibility in work approach.
- Permit Officer experience would be advantageous.
