Title: Senior HR Advisor

Overview of the role
The Senior HR Advisor will support the HRBP to provide a proactive, effective, and professional HR advisory service to all Line Management and employees, through full alignment of employee related strategies, Subsea 7 policy and relevant legislation.
What will you be doing?
- Provides support to HRBP’s, to provide pragmatic and tailored solutions/guidance to all functions.
- Partner with HR Specialists/HRC in whichever areas to assess complex cases, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution.
- Responsible to support in overall HR functions – HR operations, stakeholder management, employee relations, engagement activities, and performance management.
- Supports the HRBP, and line managers in supporting key people initiatives that build talent review, employee engagement and support retention.
- Support the HRBP in implementation of global policies, while also actively harmonizing with local policies.
- Ensuring proper communication to line managers and employees through effective communication channels, to foster clear understanding of all related global initiatives.
- Participates in country-level and global HR initiatives/projects and process improvement activities. There will also be opportunities to lead the roll-out of in-country and regional HR projects.
- Support salary/benefits benchmark exercises to maintain market competitiveness.
- Support HRBP’s in recommending salary proposals for recruitment, salary adjustments, promotions, and annual salary review exercise.
- Global Mobility- work with our relevant vendors, HRBP and Global Mobility team to ensure an effective and efficient mobility experience for both inpats and expats.
- Effectively enhance and provide continuous suggestions for improvements in day-to-day operations.
- Any other assigned HR related Ad-hoc duties and HR related projects.
What experience would we like you to have?
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in a HR advisory or HR Generalist role
- Experience in supporting HRBP in the areas of Engagement, DEI, L&D, Talent Management process is an added advantage
- Positive mindset, proactiveness, resourceful, autonomous, and good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
