Title: HRC Employee Services Lead

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the team in the newly created role of HRC Employee Services Lead, which will report to the HRC Manager. The HRC Employee Services Lead will be responsible for overseeing the employee services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and services to employees, across the GPC East covering South Europe, Africa & Mediterranean, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
This role involves coordinating various administrative employee topics such as data entry and reporting, HR Systems (SAP, Success Factors, SAP Fiori, among other), learning and development and mobility, addressing employee and managers inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the employee services team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the administration of employee programs and systems, ensuring consistency across the entire region through meaningful SLAs and alignment with global processes and standards.
- Responsible to draft and support implementation of SLAs converging the processes across region liaising closely with HRC Manager.
- Support the entire employee life cycle aligned with market best practices and company goals (after recruitment, during development and mobility and in exit procedures).
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement employee service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR teams in the region and other departments to enhance employee experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the employee services team.
- Ensure consistency in the data entry for L&D activities and reporting across region.
- Ensure global mobility cases are aligned with global practices in terms of data and reporting.
- Ensure consistency in the HC aligned with global reporting.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to employee services.
- Handle escalated employee issues and provide resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Employee Services or HR roles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills and ability to lead a team across region.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, wellness programs, L&D activities, mobility processes and HR policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, with proven experience in SAP Success Factors.
- Proficiency in excel and experience in reporting on key metrics.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
