We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the team in the newly created role of HRC Manager, which will report to the Regional HR Manager. The HRC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR service delivery model, ensuring efficient, timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of HRC services across the region GPC East covering South Europe, Africa & Mediterranean, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
This role involves coordinating a team of HR professionals, converging and optimizing processes, and enhancing the employee experience through high-quality service delivery. This is a professional and varied role that requires good organisational and communication skills, supervisory experience, and focus on delivery. You will seek to improve innovation and build solid relationships in the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HRC Manager will ensure the efficient and accurate management of payroll, employee services, and administrative support related to learning and development, as well as global mobility mainly focusing on:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of HR service centre staff based in Portugal, Malaysia and France who are responsible for the delivery of all HRC services HR Administration, Policies, Payroll, Mobility and Learning and Development (L&D) across the entire region (South Europe, Africa & Mediterranean, Middle East and Asia Pacific), providing coaching and support to enhance performance, engagement and on-going development of in-house capability.
- Service Delivery: Creation of converging SLAs and their implementation through all the region, ensuring the on-going smooth, timely and accurate execution of all HRC services and compliance with established policies, benefits and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality and team performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to align services, improve processes, and support HR strategies that enhance employee experience across the Business Units.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations across region.
- External stakeholders: Manage vendors relationships to ensure service delivery and reviewing alternative vendors for quality and cost benefits.
- Employee Experience: Strive to improve the employee experience across all HRC processes.
- Payroll
- Operations: Responsible for overseeing the payroll operations across South Europe, Africa & Mediterranean, Middle East and Asia Pacific, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Payroll Partners: Partner with local/global payroll providers to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations, tax requirements, and labour standards while increasing efficiencies in the process.
- Direct payroll audits and deal with payroll issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Learning & Development: Responsible for liaising with global and regional HR teams to ensure the consistent input of learning and development activities and vendors in the system and accurate reporting of L&D activities to support regional KPI’s.
- Mobility: Responsible for liaising with global mobility team and regional HR teams, to ensure the systems inputs and people reporting, as well the consistency of data and converging mobility processes for all region mobility cases.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HRC management (at least 5 years)
- Experience in HR operations and/or HR service delivery teams
- Experience of overseeing, motivating, and developing a team to fulfil goals with a focus on customer service.
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships and communicate across a variety of stakeholders both internal and external, up to the highest level
- Ability to problem solve with a focus on innovation.
- Proficiency in HRIS and SAP Success Factors and other relevant software.
- Good experience with ADP.
- Good experience in setting and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, legal frameworks, and best practices.
- Extensive understanding of employee lifecycle and HR project management.
- Engaged and approachable, with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, delegate and deliver a broad range of tasks, with a high level of diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel frequently.
