Title: Remote Intervention Engineer

What will you be doing?
As a Remote Intervention Engineer, you will have a key role in the full project life cycle and being a focal point for all the activities related to the ROV project matters on tenders, studies, FEED and projects.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Ensure that your activities are conducted in compliance with the Project standards in terms of Quality, Cost & Time.
• Ensure all project needs and drivers are understood, risks and opportunities are raised, support clarification and qualification sessions.
• Collaborate with all related interfaces from external (clients, suppliers) and internal (other disciplines - installation, fabrication and procurement) stakeholders.
• Prepare documents such as ROV Access Verification Reports, ROV Tooling lists and Databooks whenever necessary.
• Review all procedures involving remote intervention recommending ensuring compliance as per company’s policies, engineering and operational standards and guidelines.
• Lead or support the ROV tooling package identification, planning, requisition, and procurement.
• Act as the technical owner for Remote Intervention procurement and ensure choice of contractors and supervise subcontracted deliverables.
• Act autonomously and plan, supervise and support all activities related to onsite remote intervention tooling tests, preparation and vessel mobilizations.
• Plan, prepare and confirm specific procedures related to SPS Tie-in Connectors and tooling operations and if required provide support during offshore campaigns.
• Validate concepts and manage changes accounting for HSSEQ criteria.
• Support developments and propose appropriate improvements, considering the group’s HSSEQ standards.
What experience would we like you to have?
- Engineering Degree
- Experience in ROV operations or Remote Intervention for SURF, Conventional or renewable installation engineering scopes (at least 2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to work within a multi-disciplined and multicultural team.
- Problem solver mindset with critical eyes for the details.
- Shall independently evaluate, organize, and prioritize work for self and others to meet set deadlines.
- Proven experience in diving engineering is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Majority of the work is carried out in the regional main office site.
- Onshore and Offshore travel required – depending on project’s execution.
- Working hours according to local regulation and Company's policy.
