As a Graduate Estimator, you’ll be part of the Estimating team within the Tendering department, gaining hands-on experience in preparing cost estimates and commercial deliverables for offshore energy projects.

Role Summary
As a Graduate Estimator, you will support the preparation of cost estimates and commercial inputs for tenders. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical, commercial, and analytical skills while contributing to real-world projects.
You’ll work closely with various departments including Engineering, Operations, Business Delivery Functions, Finance, Legal, and Insurance, gaining a broad understanding of how Subsea7 delivers complex offshore energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Under guidance and supervision of a Senior Tender Estimator, you will:
- Assist in building cost estimates for tenders in line with Subsea7’s Business Management System (BMS)
- Support the development of execution plans with the Senior Tender Estimator, Tender Project Manager and Tender Engineer
- Participate in cost simulations and learn to evaluate alternative technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for tender submissions
- Help prepare commercial deliverables such as price schedules and unit rates
- Contribute to cost breakdowns and support contract handover processes
What do you need?
- A BSc/MSc/MBA in Engineering, Finance, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Economics, SCM, Business or a related commercial subject
- Professional and mature attitude
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- A proactive and flexible mindset
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
