Short Description

Subsea7 are going through an exciting period of transformation and to support us on our journey, we are looking for a Group Programme Learning Specialist  to join our team in our Sutton, London office on a staff basis.


As we expand and develop our learning portfolio, we’re looking for a new team member to join us in our Group Learning and Development Team. The position of Group Programme Learning Specialist will report to the Group Learning and OD Director and support the team to drive the future of Learning within our business. 
 

What will you be doing?

  • Working as part of the Group Learning and Development team to oversee the design, development, delivery and evaluation of the current learning programme portfolio that supports project delivery and team performance
  • Working with suppliers to design and develop new learning programmes
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to ensure our programmes and initiatives are aligned with the business needs 
  • Building relationships with the HRBP’s globally, ensuring that learning is embedded and supported in the right way 
  • Supporting the running of annual campaigns, such as Festival of Learning, Performance Management and Compliance 
  • Managing updates to our capability frameworks and supporting roll out and engagement 
  • Ensuring our programmes are delivered against our Being 7 ethos through effective evaluation and continuous improvement

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Learning and Development Programme Experience in a global organisation
  • Has worked in a global Learning and Development function that delivers blended solutions 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to senior level 
  • Experience in a matrix organisation preferred
