Overview
Subsea7 is seeking a Group Senior Business & Market Analyst to join our team in Sutton (London), Aberdeen or Paris on a permanent basis.
The Group Senior Business & Market Analyst has a key role in managing the company’s CRM system Client365 (Dynamics 365). This includes engaging with internal and external IT to oversee development of the system to ensure it fits business requirements, and co-ordinating resolution of system issues that arise.
The role will act as a focal point for Client365, supporting the global user community across Subsea7 and Seaway7, and working closely with the Regional Market Analysis & Business Planning (MABP) teams.
They will seek to ensure a high level of data quality and data integrity through identification of data issues, management of data auditing tools and engagement with key stakeholders using the system.
They will also support the development and delivery of reporting and analytics for Sales & Marketing, using internal and external data sources, to enable market and trending analysis to support decision-making.
What will you be doing?
- Analyse business and user requirements to define, document and deliver system changes to Client365
- Identify opportunities to improve Client365 and provide ideas for system enhancements
- Ensure changes to Client365 remain consistent with the system’s interfaces to other internal tools
- Work closely with internal and external IT to manage changes to Client365 and resolve system issues
- Act as the primary focal point for users of Client365
- Work closely with Regional Market Analysis & Business Planning teams to ensure data consistency in Client365 and share best practise
- Development of dashboards and reporting based on Sales & Marketing data using PowerBI
- Support key stakeholders to ensure processes utilise a streamlined data flow from Client365 to other systems or reporting outputs
- Ensure data quality in Client365 by monitoring accuracy and completeness, driving data cleansing and governance practises
- Manage Client365 training documentation and support delivery of training to end users
- Manage the Client365 team site on SharePoint
- Maintain documentation on the BMS relating to Client365
- Support the delivery of commercial reporting and market analysis
- Support business cases and scenario planning activities as required
- Provide ad hoc reporting as requested by stakeholders

What experience would we like you to have?
- A degree in a relevant discipline
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
- Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement focus, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft 365 products Knowledge of CRM tools preferable
- Proficient in PowerBI development
- Power Automate experience desirable but not essential
