Overview

The Logistics Lead shall support the Logistics Manager in the delivery of all Logistics activities related to Projects, Tenders and Initiatives in accordance with Subsea 7 systems and processes.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide delegated line management responsibility for part of the Logistics team.
  • Support resource planning to ensure adequate coverage for project and tender activities.
  • Support day‑to‑day Logistics activities across ongoing projects and tenders.
  • Represent SCM Logistics in nominated internal and external meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate regular communication with regional Logistics teams.
  • Ensure understanding of country‑specific logistics, customs, and local legal requirements.
  • Support logistics budgets, track costs, and report budget versus actuals.
  • Improve logistics processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.
  • Promote HSE leadership, ensuring all logistics activities are carried out safely and in compliance with standards.

What experience would we like you to have?

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in a similar role, desired experience within a project‑based logistics environment.
  • Broad knowledge and direct experience of Logistics on large‑scale projects.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capability.
  • Highly organised and structured, with keen attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity with a firm commitment to ethical behaviour.
  • Clear, assured, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
