Title: Principal Diving Consultant

Overview
We are looking for a Principal Diving Consultant to join our team in London Global Project Centre office on contract basis.
Diving Engineer is serving as the primary point of contact for all diving-related activities across disciplines and departments. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering all engineering documentation associated with diving operations.
During offshore campaigns, the Diving Engineer’s responsibilities will vary based on their competencies, certifications, and experience. This role requires solid technical understanding, effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations.
What will you be doing?
- Promote a positive safety culture, support safe design practices, and facilitate effective teamwork across the project.
- Manage Diving engineering activities, including technical proposals, engineering deliverables (Tie‑In, SIT procedures), SIT requirements, and scopes of work for third‑party services.
- Manage key project controls such as document registers, Diving Project Plans, technical assessments, mobilisation lists, equipment readiness, and technical interfaces with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Act as the focal point for all Diving engineering matters, ensuring knowledge transfer, supporting tendering, contributing to standards and procedures, and liaising with Diving Authorities.
- Ensure engineering quality by enforcing HSEQ compliance, reviewing subcontractor engineering, supporting audits, and ensuring that all technical documents meet project quality plan requirements.

- Extensive technical knowledge of Diving Operations, IMCA regulations, Air and Saturation Diving, Diving tooling, and pre‑commissioning.
- Extensive managerial experience across diving scopes, interface management, and operational processes.
- Experience managing personnel management and supervision of site and offshore activities.
- Practical professional who responds quickly, emphasizes accuracy, and focuses on operational details.
- Willingness to undertake extended offshore assignments.
