Title: Tax Coordinator

Overview
Subsea7 currently has an opportunity for a Tax Coordinator in our Sutton, London office. This is a full-time role, reporting into the VP Head of Tax. The candidate will provide support primarily to the Head of Tax, but also the wider Tax department, on a broad range of administrative, Tax, and Integration Planning related activities.
We require someone who is self-motivated, pragmatic, can take initiative, prioritise tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively. Accuracy and an eye for detail are important, as well as ensuring deliverables meet a high professional standard. The selected candidate must also be experienced in handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
What will you be doing?
- Be responsible for the Tax Department administration including filing of Engagement letters, preparation of internal approval forms, maintaining and improving filing systems, and internal sharepoint sites
- Support in the drafting and preparation of powerpoint presentations, and reports
- Running reports in SAP, data formatting, summarising technical research, updating policies and procedures
- Maintenance of calendars, including prioritising commitments, and organisation of both internal and external meetings
- Assistance with invoice related activities, including the creation of purchase orders, ensuring vendors details are maintained and approved, liaising with suppliers and Accounts Payable on invoicing issues, collating budget data
- Arrangement of UK and global travel, accommodation and submission of expenses. Including the arrangement of appropriate visas and any medical requirements to support travel
- Greeting of visitors to the Sutton office and ensuring they are accompanied.
- Organisation and coordination of both in-house and offsite activities, for example maintaining team forums, arranging virtual events, and internal conferences, management of event logistics
- Registration of line manager’s overseas workdays as required. Ensuring organisation charts are kept up to date, using PowerPoint and Visio
- Assistance with holiday cover within the wider Corporate team
- Ensuring adherence to relevant document standards as per our Business Management System
Main Interfaces
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Global Tax Department, Finance and Legal Departments, Internal and External parties, Internal EA Teams
- Work closely with Global Travel Manager, ATPI Travel, Facilities, Lexington Catering and external stakeholders

- Enthusiastic with great attention to detail

- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities, solid organisational and confidentiality skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced English written and oral communication skills, additional language skills beneficial
- Good IT literacy is essential for Microsoft 365; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. Visio and Sharepoint preferred.
