Following the award of the Aseng Project, several newly created logistics positions are required to support project operations. All roles are based in Malabo and will play a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient logistics execution throughout the project lifecycle. Please note that these positions will be employed on a third party basis for a period of 12 months.

Offshore Personnel Logistician
The Offshore Personnel Logistician (OPL) is responsible for managing all logistics related to the mobilization of offshore and onshore personnel, ensuring full compliance with visa and work permit requirements. The role supports efficient personnel movements through coordination of travel, accommodation, crew changes, and in‑country logistics while working closely with project, crewing, and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as single point of contact for visas and work permits for project personnel
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and in‑country transportation
- Manage personnel arrivals, departures, and crew changes (onshore and offshore)
- Maintain accurate personnel tracking and travel schedules
- Liaise with project teams, agents, and service providers
- Monitor costs, documentation, and compliance with local regulations
Logistics Coordinator – Import / Export
The Logistics Coordinator (Import/Export) is responsible for managing and coordinating all in‑country sea and air freight activities. The role ensures compliant import and export operations, accurate shipment tracking, and efficient movement of materials across Subsea7 project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage import and export of materials via air and sea freight
- Maintain robust shipment tracking systems and complete logistics documentation
- Coordinate temporary import, export, and re‑export of materials
- Liaise with project teams, shipping agents, customs authorities, and subcontractors
- Track cargo movements between worksites and vessels and issue cargo manifests
- Ensure compliance with local laws, customs regulations, and cost reporting requirements
Logistics Coordinator – Marine Base
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing safe and efficient marine, port, and shipping operations during project execution. The role ensures effective vessel clearance, loading and unloading activities, and import/export of materials while supporting HSEQ, security requirements, and cost control at the worksite in close coordination with operations and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support safe execution of marine logistics, loadouts, and sea‑fastening activities
- Manage shipping and port operations across marine bases, ports, and anchorage locations
- Coordinate vessel port calls, clearances, and Port State Control with local authorities and agents
- Oversee marine support services including fuel, provisions, waste, crew change, and medical support
- Liaise with subcontractors and service providers via approved work orders and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate cargo tracking, stock records, and cargo manifests
- Monitor and report port‑related cost commitments to Project Management
Logistics Admin Coordinator
The Logistics Admin Coordinator provides essential administrative support to project logistics by creating and managing Forwarding Control Documents (FCDs) and ensuring accurate records for the movement of personnel, vessels, equipment, and materials. The role supports efficient service delivery, cost control, and invoice validation in line with project agreements and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, issue, and maintain FCDs and Service Request Tickets
- Manage FCD databases and master files on a project basis
- Coordinate with logistics service providers and shipping/forwarding agents
- Review, track, and control logistics invoices and payments (including SAP SES)
- Issue and update purchase requests to support operations and logistics
Candidate Profile (All Roles)
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably within oil & gas or large offshore projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of import/export, marine, or personnel logistics (role‑dependent)
- Solid coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
- Immediate availability or short notice period highly preferred
