Title: Admin Receptionist
Merida, MX
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admin Receptionist to join our team at our office in Merida on a Staff contract.
What will you be doing?
• Provide attention to external visitors and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Carry out the registration of external visitors (suppliers).
• Receive phone calls and direct them appropriately and promptly.
• Receive invoices for various services (Facilities).
• Keep the personnel cell phone directory updated.
• Prepare PRs for office services and materials.
• Request services and stationery.
• Assist in the installation of IT equipment.
• Provide local support for IT Houston.
• Support lodging and transportation (SAP Concur).
• Provide safety instructions and guides to visitors.
• Administer and monitor company vehicles (maintenance, license custody, and Pool Car request forms).
• Address complaints about the facilities.
• Assist General Management.
• Classify and distribute packages to the departments within the company.
• Manage the building's coffee supplies.
• Support other administrative activities as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
What experience would we like you to have?

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written ideally B2 level).
• MS Office.
