What will you be doing?
Overview: A Tax Accountant is responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. They aim to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns: Handle federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Tax planning and advisory: Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients to optimize their tax positions.
- Compliance: Ensure comply with all tax regulations and laws.
- Financial analysis: Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and potential tax issues.

What experience would we like you to have?
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or other relevant certification is preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of previous experience in Tax & Accounting firms.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
