We are looking to recruit Associate Surveyors to join our extensive global talent pool and build a career in offshore subsea construction. We cordially invite graduates and individuals considering a career change to explore rewarding offshore opportunities with us.

As an offshore surveyor for Subsea7 you will be responsible for the positioning, measurement and seabed mapping during pipe & cable installation, fixed and floating wind installations and subsea asset inspection & repair for some of the world’s leading offshore Energy projects.

Joining Subsea7 as an Associate Surveyor you will receive training in the software and technologies that are deployed on our vessels and remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) along with gaining first-hand experience in the offshore operations through supervised deployments to our offshore vessels.

Under the supervision of our Party Chief’s and Senior Surveyors, you will learn to operate the survey & positioning software and equipment and become familiar with the requirements of a Surveyor in the quality control of a suite of sensors including Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), acoustic positioning systems, Inertial Navigation systems (INS), Doppler Velocity Logs (DVLs), multibeam echosounders and many other ancillary sensors used to enable positioning, measurement and mapping at seabed depths of over 3000m.

Applicants should possess a recognized higher education qualification in Surveying, Geomatics, or a relevant Earth or Marine Science. While preferred, this is not essential. Candidates may be graduating this year, recently graduated, or have other relevant industry or military experience.
