Title:  HSEQ Coach

Location:

Offshore, SG

Job Closing Date:  29 Apr 2026

What will you be doing?

Subsea7 specializes in delivering offshore projects and services for the energy sector. We make offshore energy transition possible through the continuous evolution of lower carbon oil and gas and by enabling the growth of renewables and emerging energy. Seaway7 is part of the Subsea7 group and specializes in the delivery of bottom-fixed offshore wind farm solutions. We have over 13,000 people working in 30 countries, across our fleet of over 30 vessels.

The HSEQ Coach builds HSSEQ capability and performance across Offshore Delivery by working directly with frontline teams, supervisors, and leaders to embed safe, compliant, and predictable practices. Providing flexible, mobile support across vessels, worksites, and onshore environments, the HSEQ coach spends most of their time engaging with those doing the work. A key focus is Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention, raising awareness of high-risk hazards, reinforcing disciplined use of Critical Controls, and embedding lessons learned from both routine operations and incidents.

We are seeking candidates who want to understand the environment in which we operate in and support effective delivery of our offshore projects, building effective and trusting two-way relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be committed to developing yourself, building individual effectiveness and the capability to change and deliver.

Applicants should bring relevant HSSEQ qualifications or equivalent operational experience, supported by offshore certification and medical clearance. They need a practical understanding of Safe Systems of Work and Critical Controls, with the ability to apply these in real-world settings through clear communication, active listening, and constructive feedback. Solid experience in coaching or mentoring behaviours in the field is essential.
