What will you be doing?

Seaway7 is part of the Subsea7 group and is a major provider of bottom-fixed offshore wind farm solutions. We have over 13,000 people working in 30 countries, across our fleet of over 30 vessels.

 

As a Trainee Shift Supervisor, you will be supported as you develop into the role of Shift Supervisor, having overall responsibility for project activities on a vessel as the supervisor for all operational departments. You will be part of a team that promotes operational excellence and safety leadership, ensuring safe and efficient execution of offshore activities. This position is a highly coveted role where you will receive structured development to support your transition to a Shift Supervisor working as part of our Seaway7 fleet. 

 

We are seeking candidates who want to understand the environment in which we operate in and support effective delivery of our offshore projects, building effective and trusting two-way relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be committed to developing yourself, building individual effectiveness and capability to change and deliver.

 

To be considered for this position, applicants will need relevant qualifications as well as a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including offshore wind or renewables installation and valid mandatory offshore survival and medical certificate.
