Suivi de :

  • Analyse du bilan et liste de contrôle
  • Processus de comptabilité fournisseurs en liaison avec les autres équipes régionales
  • Déclaration de TVA et suivi des demandes de remboursement 

Production de :

  •  Analyses comptables mensuelles
  • États financiers des différentes entités
  • Résolution des blocages mensuels de BFC (logiciel de consolidation interne)
  • Déclarations administratives annuelles et demandes de renseignements
  • Soutien aux autres entités de Subsea7

Responsabilités

 a. Processus de comptabilité fournisseurs

- Saisie des écritures de comptabilité fournisseurs non gérées par le Centre de ressources financières (FRC)

- Suivi des réclamations fournisseurs en soutien au FRC

b. TVA

- Suivi des déclarations de TVA traitées par le comptable pour différentes entités

Élaboration et suivi des demandes de remboursement de TVA étrangère en collaboration avec les fiscalistes locaux (France)

c. Analyses comptables

- Analyse du bilan liée au fichier de rapprochement bancaire

- Suivi et ajustements IFRS 16

- Comptes d'immobilisations et suivi du rapprochement annuel des stocks

- Rapprochement des capitaux propres

- Charges à payer (CVAE, CFE, taxes foncières, taxe sur les bureaux)

- Calcul du crédit d'impôt familial

- Comptes fournisseurs et résolution des problèmes associés

- Suivi des charges constatées d'avance et des soldes

d. Déclarations annuelles et demandes de renseignements

- Établissement des états financiers relatifs aux entités françaises

- Établissement des prévisions de trésorerie

Compétences requises

- Diplôme d'études supérieures en comptabilité

- Maîtrise de SAP, Pack Office et BFC

• Langues - Anglais : Niveau avancé requis

What will you be doing?

  1. AP process
  • Posting of AP entries not managed by Finance Resource Center (FRC)
  • Follow up of vendors claims as support of FRC
  1. VAT
  • Monitoring of VAT declarations processed by accountant for various entities

Production and follow up of foreign VAT reimbursement claim in liaise with local tax specialists (France)

Accounting analyses

  • Balance sheet analysis connected to balance reconciliation file
  • IFRS 16 follow up and adjustments
  • Fixed assets accounts and follow up of annual inventory reconciliation
  • Equities reconciliation
  • Tax accruals (CVAE-CFE-Taxes foncières-Taxe sur les bureaux)
  • Calculation of family tax credit (Crédit Impôt Famille)
  • AP accounts and resolution of related issues
  • Prepaid expenses and balances follow up

Annual declaration and inquiries

  • Production of financial statement related to French entities
  • Production of Cash flow forecast

 

What experience would we like you to have?

Skills

  • Degree and diploma in accounting
  • SAP, Pack Office, BFC

Language

  • English : Advanced level required
