Overview

We are seeking a Legal Trainee to join our team on a 6 month contract as part of your Individual Educational Project (PPI), based in our Paris office. 

 

Within an international legal department located in the Paris offices of a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Norway) whose operational headquarters are in London, you will be actively involved in the legal life of the company. Under the guidance of experienced international lawyers, you will work in the areas of contract and obligation law, corporate law and business law.

What will you be doing?

  • Contribution to the development of appropriate tools and processes to participate in a continuous improvement of the commercial legal life (preparation of the standard contractual documentation in English, adequate document management systems, etc.);
  • Management of corporate law matters (incorporation of companies, resolutions of shareholders/boards of directors, delegations of powers, transfers of shares, etc.);
  • Analysis of international contracts in English
  • Support on legal aspects during the tendering and project execution phases

  • Student Lawyer at EFB or HEDAC
  • C1 minimum English (oral and written) essential.

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire juriste pour un contrat de 6 mois au sein de notre équipe, dans le cadre de notre Projet de Formation Individuelle (PFI), basé(e) à Paris.

Au sein d’un département juridique international situé dans les bureaux de Paris d’une société cotée a la bourse d’Oslo (Norvège) dont le siège opérationnel est à Londres, vous serez activement impliqué.e dans la vie juridique de l’entreprise. Sous la direction de juristes internationaux expérimentés, vous interviendrez dans les domaines du droit des contrats et des obligations, droit des sociétés et droit des affaires.

Que ferez-vous?

  • Contribution à l'élaboration d'outils et processus appropriés pour participer à une amélioration continue de la vie juridique commerciale (préparation de la documentation contractuelle type en anglais, systèmes adéquats de gestion des documents, etc.);
  • Gestion des sujets liés au droit des sociétés (constitution de sociétés, résolutions des actionnaires/conseils d'administration, délégations de pouvoirs, transferts d'actions, etc.);
  • Analyse de contrats internationaux en anglais
  • Soutien sur les aspects juridiques pendant les phases d’appels d’offres et exécution des projets

Votre profil 

  • Élève-avocat à l’EFB ou HEDAC
  • Anglais C1 minimum (oral et écrit) indispensable.
