Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Planner who thrives in a collaborative environment to join our Planning team in Paris.
This is a key role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping project delivery. Leveraging your knowledge of scheduling, risk analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. If you are detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and comfortable working across multiple project phases, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop, review, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
- Oversee planning efforts across multiple project phases, ensuring they stay aligned with project objectives.
- Analyse project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide skilled advice on schedule development, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support project risk management by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes and delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous planning experience, preferably within offshore oil & gas or large-scale engineering projects.
- Experience with Primavera P6 and project scheduling standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and orally).
- Demonstrates motivation and a proactive mindset, with high levels of agility, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage and collaborate with others.
- Knowledge of project management best practices and safety standards.
