Overview

This business case proposes the onboarding of a 1‑month, unpaid SCM Projects Intern within the Subsea7 Paris office. The intern will support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Project Team on essential operational tasks while gaining valuable exposure to offshore energy project execution.

The SCM Projects team faces high workload peaks across procurement, expediting, logistics and documentation. Temporary support will improve responsiveness and free experienced resources for higher‑value activities.

Role & responsibilities

The role includes the following tasks:

  • Assist in preparing and updating bidder lists aligned with approved suppliers.
  • Support quotation reviews and comparison summaries.
  • Follow up supplier documentation and material delivery progress.
  • Assist with SAP steps, procurement records, and logistics documentation.
  • Prepare expediting reports and participate in internal meetings.

Experience and skills

A Bachelor/Master student in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and solid Excel experience.

- Compensation

This internship is **unpaid**. Its short duration and academic nature allow for a non‑compensated internship under applicable regulations.

Ce projet propose l'intégration d'un stagiaire non rémunéré d'un mois au sein de l'équipe Projets SCM du bureau parisien de Subsea7.

Le/la stagiaire épaulera l'équipe Projets SCM dans ses tâches opérationnelles essentielles, tout en acquérant une précieuse expérience de la réalisation de projets énergétiques offshore.

- Contexte et justification

L'équipe Projets SCM connaît des pics de charge de travail importants en matière d'approvisionnement, de suivi des commandes, de logistique et de documentation.

Ce soutien temporaire permettra d'améliorer la réactivité et de libérer des ressources expérimentées pour des activités à plus forte valeur ajoutée.

Rôle & responsabilités

Les missions incluent :

• Participer à la préparation et à la mise à jour des listes de fournisseurs agréés.

• Contribuer à l'analyse des devis et à la rédaction de synthèses comparatives.

• Assurer le suivi de la documentation fournisseur et de l'avancement des livraisons.

• Apporter son aide pour les étapes SAP, les enregistrements d'approvisionnement et la documentation logistique.

• Préparer des rapports de suivi des commandes et participer aux réunions internes.

Compétences requises & autres

Étudiant(e) en Licence/Master en Ingénierie, Supply Chain ou Commerce, doté(e) d'excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'un esprit proactif et d'une solide maîtrise d'Excel.

- Rémunération

Ce stage est **non rémunéré**. Sa courte durée et sa nature académique permettent un stage non rémunéré conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.

-Risques et mesures d'atténuation

• Expérience limitée du stagiaire : assurer un encadrement rapproché et des tâches claires et structurées.

• Courte durée : confier des missions ciblées avec des résultats visibles.

• Temps consacré à l'intégration administrative : préparer le poste de travail et les accès à l'avance.
