Our Graduate Development Scheme is designed to give aspiring commercial professionals a solid foundation for a rewarding career. Through a combination of structured training, networking opportunities, and hands-on experience, you'll gain valuable insight into our business while developing the skills needed to thrive in a commercial environment.
What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Graduate, you'll join one of our key commercial functions, with opportunities to gain exposure to areas such as Project Services, Tendering, and Supply Chain Management. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll contribute to real projects from day one, building your knowledge, confidence, and professional network as you progress through the programme.
Subsea7 has a large focus on developing both generalists as well as specialists. We provide an environment that promotes and supports the development of broad business skills and technical knowledge, which enables our graduates to work effectively within our global organisation.
Project Services:
This function is part of the Projects and Operations group and comprises Cost Management, Risk and Opportunity, Contract Management and Planning. The functions are responsible for the consistency of standards, guidelines and procedures across all our projects and operations, develop best practice and share knowledge among projects and operations.
Tendering:
The Tendering department is responsible for compilation, submission and negotiation of the Tender submission from receipt of requests from Clients, through clarifications and negotiation, to award and handover to the execution teams, in line with Company strategy to maximise the return on assets and minimise risk exposure.
Supply Chain Management:
The supply chain organisation is responsible for the negotiation, establishment and execution of subcontracts, purchasing of standard products in addition to chartering and logistic services on a project level. The department is also responsible for development of local strategies and relationship with key suppliers and for preparation of frame agreements for standard and non-standard products.
What skills are we looking for?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, Logistics, Engineering, or a related commercial discipline.
