What will you be doing?

  • Desenvolver e supervisionar cronogramas de projetos, garantindo que as metas sejam cumpridas dentro do prazo.
  • Conduzir processos de investigação e análise de falhas, com base nas metodologias da indústria, e apresentar planos de ação aos clientes.
  • Garantir que as metas de HSSEQ sejam cumpridas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos pela empresa.
  • Garantir que as lições aprendidas em projetos anteriores sejam incorporadas ao planejamento.
  • Garantir que todos os incidentes dos projetos sejam relatados, investigados e que as ações corretivas necessárias sejam implementadas.
  • Utilizar e promover a utilização de ferramentas de gerenciamento do conhecimento.
  • Auxiliar na identificação e mitigação de riscos, bem como na promoção de oportunidades dentro dos projetos.
  • Monitorar as operações, mantendo contato diário com as lideranças offshore.
  • Cooperar com outros projetos e departamentos para garantir a eficiência geral dos recursos da empresa, incluindo equipamentos e pessoal.
  • Garantir a interface com todos os departamentos de suporte.
  • Garantir que as medições dos contratos sejam realizadas dentro dos prazos estipulados.
  • Fornecer feedback sobre o desempenho da equipe e auxiliar no desenvolvimento dos colaboradores, conforme necessário.
  • Manter interface contínua com o cliente, assegurando que as informações relacionadas ao projeto estejam sempre atualizadas.

What experience would we like you to have?

Requisitos mínimos

  • Ensino Superior Completo (desejável engenharias, administração ou correlatas)
  • Experiência em coordenar projetos

 

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Pós-Graduação, MBA ou Especialização em Gestão de Projetos
  • Experiência e/ou conhecimento técnico de ROV
  • Experiência com ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Conhecimento em sistemas Synergi
  • Conhecimento em Power BI
