Atuar sob supervisão direta de gestores e engenheiros experientes, executando atividades de engenharia compatíveis com sua experiência em diferentes ambientes: escritório (onshore), canteiros, sites de fabricação, portos e embarcações (offshore), incluindo instalações de clientes. Seguir as melhores práticas da indústria, normas técnicas, procedimentos internos da Subsea7 e requisitos contratuais.

What experience would we like you to have?

Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Executar atividades técnicas com qualidade, segurança e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Elaborar e revisar documentação técnica (especificações, planos, metodologias, relatórios, etc.).
  • Participar de reuniões técnicas, avaliações de licitação e interações com clientes e fornecedores.
  • Atuar em campo (onshore e offshore), sob supervisão de profissionais mais experientes.
  • Representar a empresa em reuniões técnicas com clientes e terceiros.
  • Garantir conformidade com processos internos e normas de engenharia.
  • Utilizar e promover o uso de ferramentas como COE e SharePoint.
  • Sugerir melhorias e padronizações nos processos de trabalho.
  • Registrar e aplicar lições aprendidas.
  • Treinar e orientar engenheiros júniores e estagiários.
  • Identificar e comunicar variações de escopo ao líder de equipe.
  • Elaborar cronogramas e atuar como ponto focal entre embarcação e escritório durante operações offshore.
  • Avaliar criticamente trabalhos de terceiros e propor inovações técnicas.

Requisitos da Posição:

  • Formação: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia (Naval, Mecânica, Civil, Produção, Militar ou áreas afins).
  • Registro Profissional: CREA ativo.
  • Experiência: Conhecimento técnico compatível com as atividades descritas, incluindo atuação em campo e elaboração de documentação técnica.
  • Inglês – Fluente;
