Title:  Senior HRIS Coordinator

What will you be doing?

Recommend and support the implementation of improvements such as automation and process changes that streamline and increase efficiency, including SharePoint, Onboard Tracker, 7Offshore and the Crew Query Centre.
Provide end-user support and guidance on Crewing and HRIS systems.
Maintain and update induction and training material required for the systems used within Crewing and HRIS.
Provide quarterly data analysis that supports the Long Term Crewing Strategy reviews.
Support the maintenance of the Crewing SharePoint site and recommend improvements.
Support awareness within Crewing and HRIS of data governance requirements and be responsible for maintaining data integrity and conducting data audits across systems and processes.
Provide data analysis of Adhoc and POB request systems on a quarterly basis.
Review data compilation processes such as Visas and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting.
Interface with the Fleet Transformation Team on data analysis, system awareness and integration opportunities.
Provide data analysis and reporting as requested by Crewing and HR management.
Review Crewing and HRIS use of external company systems required for business purposes and recommend data interface efficiencies.
Ensure standardisation and efficiency of systems and processes within Offshore Delivery while preparing business cases for improvements or changes.

What experience would we like you to have?

  • Experience in compiling reports for management is advantageous, as well as previous experience chairing or coordinating meetings and leading discussions.
    Proficient in the use of IT applications including MS Office Suite and database systems.
    Experienced in data analytics and creating Power BI reports.
    Adaptable and proactive with a structured and methodical approach to tasks, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
    Excellent planning, coordination and organisational skills.
    Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
    Prior experience in a similar functional discipline or role.
    Experience in Application Management, either as part of a support team or a project team implementing and supporting new solutions.
    Experience in HR Systems, Crewing or Logistics roles would be advantageous.
    Experience working with and understanding HR-related systems, automated workflows and an aptitude to learn new systems.
    Positive attitude with a results-oriented focus.
    Understanding of the Energy Industry.
