Title: Senior Quality and Business Improvement Manager

Location: Rio de Janeiro
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Quality and Business Improvement Manager to lead our quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This strategic role will play a key part in shaping and enhancing our quality culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, while driving predictable performance for our region. The successful candidate will report directly to the HSSEQ Director and will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality systems, identify performance improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable business value.
What experience would we like you to have?
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree - Preferred degree in Engineering.
- Preferred postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Projects, or Business.
- Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas sector or offshore activities.
- Solid performance as a Quality professional or similar area.
- Extensive minimum experience as a functional or team manager.
- Fluent English.

Certifications
- Accident investigation (TapRoot or similar).
- Internal ISO9001 Auditor (preferred).
