Title: Senior Quality and Business Improvement Manager

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Quality and Business Improvement Manager to lead our quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts. This strategic role is essential in strengthening our quality culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards, and driving consistent performance across the region. Reporting directly to the HSSEQ Director, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality systems, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and customer requirements.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Coordinate the ISO Quality Certification Program.
- Apply deep expertise in quality assurance and control processes to develop and implement an effective Quality Plan across the portfolio.
- Support the creation of risk-based internal and external audit schedules. Collaborate with regional Quality teams, Supply Chain, Engineering, Projects, Operations, and Category teams to assess supplier performance and support improvement plans.
- Oversee investigations of quality events, including non-conformances and supplier issues, ensuring proper team allocation, progress tracking, and outcome validation, including QLMT reviews.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by integrating Lessons Learned and applying best practices to mitigate risks across the organization.
- Manage the QLMT review agenda and schedule, participate in reviews, verify action effectiveness, and support the HSSEQ Director in extracting and sharing insights through the GMT process.
- Monitor and report key quality metrics, including cost of loss performance and trends.
- Support initiatives to reduce the Cost of Loss in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other departments to ensure consistent performance and continuous improvement.
What experience would we like you to have?
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree - Preferred degree in Engineering.
- Preferred postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Projects, or Business.
- Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas sector or offshore activities.
- Solid performance as a Quality professional or similar area.
- Extensive minimum experience as a functional or team manager.
- Fluent English.

- Accident investigation (TapRoot or similar).
