Subsea7 is looking for a talented Analysis Engineers with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our Hydrodynamics Discipline in Central Engineering, Stavanger.


 The tasks you will solve:


•    Flexlay installation analysis (flexible flowlines, risers, umbilicals, cables and mooring lines)
•    Installation analysis of subsea structures and spools
•    Input to design of subsea structures (installation and in-place)
•    Contribute to projects from early-phase studies through detailed engineering and execution follow-up, including opportunities for offshore work during operations
•    Collaborate across disciplines to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative solutions

What we want from you:


•    Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline (marine/offshore/ocean technology)
•    Minimum 2 years of experience with simulation of marine operations / installation analysis 
•    Familiarity with software such as OrcaFlex, SIMO/SIMA, HydroD and Ansys CFD (advantage)
•    Programming skills (Python)
•    Understanding of applicable design codes, industry standards and legislative requirements
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Creative mindset - able to develop new methods and approaches
•    Ability to work independently and in teams with excellent organizational skills
•    Client-focused approach with “fit-for-purpose” solutions 
•    Good communication skills in English, both verbally and written
