Document Controller
Subsea7 has won several major contracts lately but never stops chasing new opportunities to strengthen our position as a global leader in oil and gas subsea solutions, while intensifying our efforts to make energy transition possible.
We are now hiring a Document Controller to strengthen our Document Control department for a temporary 12 month position, with potential opportunities subject to future needs.
The tasks you will solve:
• Set up and maintain projects master document registers on prescribed software
• Liaise with and support the project teams on all aspects of document control
• Manage and record the throughput of all project documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers
• Compile reports as required by the project teams
• Advise Client, Subcontractor, Project Manager and Team Members, the status of documents and comments internally and externally
• Ensuring compliance to project procedures and contractually agreed conditions
• Ensuring that correct procedure standards are being used and that all documents, drawings and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision

What we want from you:
• Previous work experience within the energy sector
• Experience from office administration
• Preferable knowledge of ProArc
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
