The Graduate Engineer Development Programme 

The programme gives you a broad range of experiences, including formal training and hands-on development. You will gain exposure to detailed design engineering as well as opportunities to work offshore.

Qualifications 

Our engineering graduates typically hold a degree in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Marine or Naval Technology, Materials Technology, Power Distribution, Offshore Technology, Energy and Environmental Engineering, or Applied Physics and Mathematics.

The positions are based in Stavanger, with onboarding in September 2027.
