What will you be doing?
As Project Surveyor you’ll work from our Stavanger office. Part of an integrated project team, you'll review client requirements, develop associated methodologies, and take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the survey service to both internal and external clients.
The role is part of our wider team of global survey experts. Through effective collaboration, they provide projects with technical advice, geomatic and GIS services, best practice and innovative techniques.

What experience would we like you to have?
- Provide technical and operational input throughout the SURF project lifecycle, from tender development to execution and close-out
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers to identify personnel, equipment, and project needs, ensuring timely delivery to worksites
- Develop and review project-specific survey procedures, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
- Attend and lead project briefings and debriefings with survey personnel and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
- Manage survey deliverables, oversee third-party service providers, and ensure quality and timeliness of outputs within budget constraints
- Ensure end-of-trip reports are completed promptly, with lessons learned documented and communicated for continuous improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance survey processes, workflows, and technologies to improve efficiency and data quality
- Mentor and support junior surveyors, providing technical guidance and training
